Club penguin’s tenth mission is finally released! it’s called “Wadle squad” here’s q guide on how to do it
1.Talk to gary (before you leave grab the solar panel near gary to the right)
2.Go to the beach.
3.Talk to jet pack guy.
4.Go inside the lighthouse and pick the empty barrel
5.Go outside and talk to jet pack guy
6.divide the cream soda into 2 containers each holding 4 unit’s.
7.Go to the dock and get the rope of the penguin
8.Go to the night club and put the rope on the lever thing.
9.Remove the panel on the box.

12.Talk to the manager and take the table outside.

A secret code is a system every word or phrase in your message is replaced by another word, phrase, or series of symbols. A cipher is a system where every letter of your message is replaced by another letter or symbol. Making codes and ciphers is fun, and it can be used to fool people who are trying to crack your message. Read this page to find out on how to make secret codes and ciphers.
Secret codes and ciphers are also involved in serious situations like in wars. People will want to break codes and ciphers to find out what the message is.
This guide offers many kinds of codes and ciphers. You can use then to fool codebreakers. Also, if it were to fall into enemy hands, it could remain safe.
Pictographs are also a type of non-secret code. You see the billboards everywhere: on the interstate, your local road, and even your neighborhood! Some examples of signs are like “Do not enter,” “Wrong way,” and “Hospital.”
Typing on the computer will make it easier for the codes and ciphers that are listed to the right of this paragraph. It is easier to write out the symbols that can’t be easily typed out on the computer. For example, the Rosicrucian Cipher involves symbols instead of letters. These symbols can’t be typed on the computer.

Officially known as the Zone Improvement Plan, this was first used in 1963 to speed the accuracy of mail. It starts at 0 from New England to 9 to the west coast. [edit]Steps[edit] CodesUnderstand. We need to realize that most of the time when people talk about making codes and breaking codes, they are not talking about codes at all. They’re really talking about ciphers. Remember that a code is a system where every word or phrase is replaced by another word, number, or series of symbols. A cipher is a system where every letter if your message is replaced by another letter or symbol. You will need to understand this, as this is crucial.
Think. What kind of code do you want to create? A book code? A dictionary code? Even Pig Latin is great! However, there are some things that you will need to understand about these codes.
Book Code
Get 2 books that are the exact same thing. They must be the exact same, the same copyright date, the same words, letters, language, everything, or else it will ruin this code. Now, hand a copy of the book to your partner and you will use the other one.
Learn. How do you create a book code? Well, there are several variations from the main one. Let’s talk about the main idea. Say like you wanted to say “These pictures were in a book.” well, you will have to search for these words in the book. The tricky part is if the book has all these words or not. If so, read on. If not, get another book and try again. When you find a word, record the page number. Say like the word “These” is on page 212. Well, the first 3 digits of your code is 212. Then,. you find the row of words. For example, the word “these” is in row 4 of the book you are using. So now your code is 21204. Notice how I put the 0 in front of the 4 to make it a 2-digit number. Now, say that “these” is the 7th word in the 4th row on page 212. Your code will be 2120407. Using this code, every code should have 5, 6, or 7 digits (depending on of the book has 1000 pages or more;9 or less rows; or 9 or less words in each row).
Test. Go ahead, try it out! Once you learn this simple but effective code, it will be really hard for an enemy to break it.
Dictionary Code
Organize. Get the stuff that you will need for this code. This includes a dictionary, and pencil and paper.
Learn. The dictionary has been the most popular book used to create the book code. However, dictionaries are usually printed in 2 columns, so you will have to adjust the formula a bit. Start with the page number, adding 0s to make it a 3 or 4-digit number. Now, you find the column that it is on. Say that the left and right columns are 1 and 2. Now, you find the word. Say like the word “scandal” is on page 1197 on the left hand column and it is the 3rd word in the column. You code would be 1197103. Using this code, every word should have 6 or 7 digits in the code, depending on if your dictionary has 1000 or more pages.
Pig Latin
Learn. Pig Latin isn’t hard to master, and it has nothing to do with pigs or Latin. It isn’t a very hard code to break if it is written out. However, if it is spoken preciously and quickly, it can be an effective code.
Understand the words that begin with a vowel. If it does, simply add “yay” to the end of the word. For example, ear becomes earyay, arch becomes archyay, and insulation becomes insulationyay.
Understand the words that begin with a consonant. If it does, move the first letter of the word to the end and add “ay.” If the initial consonant sound is made up of two letters, like TH and CH, you move both to the end and add “ay.” For example, trunk becomes unktray, glasses becomes lassesgay, and pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcano-coniosis becomes neumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcano-coniosispay. It isn’t hard; in fact, it is really simple to master Pig Latin. If it starts with a semi-vowel, like y and w, do this way.
Warnings
This works best for shorter words. Longer words do not work so well because the extra letters do not hide it.
Turkish Irish
Simply put ab before the first vowel of a word. For example, feet becomes fabeet, and grudge becomes grabudge.
[edit] CiphersUnderstand. What kind of cipher do you want to use? There are only 2 types of ciphers you could use: transposition and substitution. Both have their advantages and disadvantages. Substitution ciphers are easier to break, but transposition ciphers are not as easy to use. A substitution cipher is that you substitute 1 letter and replace it with another letter or symbol. A transposition cipher is where you transpose or rearrange the position of the letters.
Caesar Cipher
Learn the History. Julius Caesar was born on 100 B.C. and died on 44 B.C. As he roamed far and wide across his vast empire, Caesar needed a way to make sure that if any of his messages were to fall into enemy hands, his secret plans would remain safe.
Understand. The Caesar Cipher shifts the alphabet 3 places. A becomes X, B becomes Y, C becomes Z, and so on. So if you were to write “Meeting tomorrow at station,” you would write it as Jbbqfkd qljloolt xq pqxqflk. Nothing to it!
Learn. Try it out. Make sure that it shifts the alphabet 3 places. Not 2, not 1, not 4, but 3. See the St. Cyr Slide if you want to shift the alphabet as many places as you want.
St. Cyr. Slide
Understand. You may wonder why Caesar shifted the alphabet 3 places and let it go at that. What would it be like, you may wonder, if you were able to shift the alphabet as may places as you wish? The St. Cyr. Slide answers your question. You can shift the alphabet so that A becomes K, B becomes L, and so on. Or you could say that A becomes B, B becomes C, and so on.
Learn. The St. Cyr. Slide should follow in the same direction. This means that you can’t use random letters. If you did, the cipher letter would easily turn up in the same place as the original alphabet. You can also use numbers. say that A = 1, but 1 becomes 4. Again, these are all variations, so you can try out some of your own.
Keyboard Cipher
Buy or lend. Get a keyboard, and make sure that it has all 26 letters of the alphabet. This is recommended if you are typing your message on the computer.
Learn. The keyboard is kinda like the St. Cyr. Slide. However, the alphabet on the keyboard (locations) are different from plain alphabet. You can shift the keyboard to 1 letter space to the left, so on your keyboard, H becomes G, F becomes D, and A becomes L (“turn over to the other side”). For example, if I wanted to write “Call me as soon as possible, you would type it like this: xlkk nw la aiin la oiaauvkw. There are other variations, but this one can fool a codebreaker for a long time.
Date Shift Cipher
Learn. Another way to send a secret message is the date shift cipher. First, pick a date, any date. You can use Steven Spielberg’s birthday: December 18, 1946. Next, write out that date using numbers and slash marks: 12.18.46. Finally, get rid of the clashes, leaving you with a six-digit number that you will use to encipher your message: 121846. Lets say the message is “I enjoy the movies of Steven Spielberg.” Under the message, you will write your six digit number over and over until you come to an end: 1 21846 121 846121 84 612184 612184612 is the secret message. However, it is not done yet. Write out the alphabet from left to right. Now shift each letter of the plain text by the number of spaces indicated by the number below it. The letter I shifts one space, making it J; E shifts 2 spaces, making it G. Notice in the word message the Y shifts 6 spaces, causing you to wrap around back to the beginning of the alphabet, landing at E. Your final message would be: J gorse ujf usbjgt wj yugwmr yqkftfksi.
[edit] ConcealmentUnderstand the meaning of concealment. Codes and ciphers do not conceal messages; they replace it. Concealment is different because the message can be revealed, but is hidden. Take a look at some concealments.
Null Cipher
Understand. A null is something that fills out secret messages when there are extra spaces left. You can use any letter, but I would recommend using the most common letters in the English language for the best results. E, T, N, and A are the most common. Why should we use those letters, and not letters like Q, X, Z, and K? Because they will look like nulls to serious code breakers. Would an extra Q fit in with some common letters? No. So that’s why I would recommend using E, T, N, and A as nulls.
Learn. The Null Cipher is one of the most basic ways to conceal a message. This is a concealment tactic in which only certain letters in a longer message are meaningful. The rest of the letters in a longer message do a great job of hiding your real message. Try to solve this message:

Give up? Check the first letter of each word, and it will solve out: Save yourself. That is the secret message, cleverly hidden in this string of 12 unrelated words. Of course, there are other ways to hide a message in this fashion. You could use the last letter of each word. Or the second. Or you could get fancy and use the 3rd letter of every 4th word.
Space Code
Understand. A space code is moving the space to another place in a message. For example, the message “I am your friend” could be Ia myou rfr iend. Again, this is a code where you will have to speak it to conceal it. If you write it down, a person could easily find out the message by looking at it from a relatively long distance from the paper.
Practice. Try to solve these space codes:

The Date Shift Cipher is very useful because you can change the date anytime and it doesn’t have to be a birthday. It can also be a date of a famous event, a battle, or even a future date (e.g. 12-23-2322)!
When using Turkish Irish, you don’t have to specifically use ab before a vowel. You can use df, advqw, or even zpaw! Again, these are variations, so feel free to try them.
When using the space code, feel free to add, remove, or even move the letters from one place to another to make it more difficult to decipher. Make sure that your partner understand what you are doing, or else it won’t work for him/her.
For the space code, you can space it so that it is 3, 4, or 5 letters each and then flip them around.
[edit] WarningsIf you write codes carelessly, it will make the secret code more difficult to decipher for your partner, unless there is a variation of a code or cipher that was specifically designed to confuse the reader (except your partner, of course).

When I clicked it said a new mission. Here is walkthrough…
1. Talk to G. Put the 3 tracking devices, the yellow duck, and the blue print on the wall into your inventory.
2. Go to the Ski Lodge. Pick up all the Find Four pieces. They are on the window seal, the stool under the phone, and under the ladder.
3. Go up the ladder. Pick up the Find Four pieces by the bricks, on the typewriter, on the table beside the phonograph, on the box, and on the box in the corner.
4. Pick up the string on the rug.
5. Go downstairs and talk to the penguins playing Find Four. Give them the pieces.
6. Go to the Forest and pick up the sticks.
7. Put the sticks, the blue print, and the string together to make a kite. Put the kite on a transmitter.
8. Go to the Mountain. Put the kite and transmitter on a poll.
9. Go to the Plaza and talk to the penguins. After the Puffle blows a bubble, click the gum stuck between the penguins. Take the bubble gum and put it on the yellow duck in your inventory.
10. Go to the Dock and help the penguin by pulling up the brown start handle. Then borrow the penguin’s Air Pump.
11. Put the Air pump on the duck to inflate it and With the Transmitter.
12. Go to the Ice Berg, and put the duck on the water.
13. Go to the Mine Shack. Talk to the penguin.
13. Click and drag the wooden boards, making the metal beam drop on the left side.
14. Click twice on the cart surfer cart that has tipped over and weld all the cracks.
15. Place the transmitter in the cart. Click in the Mine for the cart to go.
16. Answer your spy phone and talk to G. Take the Binocular 3000 from G at the HQ.
14. Go to the Lodge. Click on the Gone Fishing door.
Go right. Look through the binoculars.
16. Go to the HQ and talk to G.
17. Go back to Herbert’s camp and place the spy phone on the Binoculars.
18. Put the Spy Phone/binocular in the third tree to the left.
19. Go to the HQ. Watch Herbert and Klutzy.
20. Collect gift and medal!

OMG! I have been probably the most busy person in the whole world! I feel so so so bad! I will do my best to try and update!

First of all, there are some new prizes at the Fall Fair (click image to enlarge).
The new prizes are the Blue Cotton Candy and the Background (click to enlarge).
The Plaza is updated; it has a spinning puffle, pizza circus, balloons and a pizza stand.
Also, Grab & Spin is currently not working.
And there’s a new Club Penguin Wallpaper!
